The product is great, but here is my feedback on the rest. 1) I chose this company as it advertised a delivery date, a window of 4 days, a week after my order. Given the global situation I was surprised but happy. It arrived almost a week after the end of the 4 day window. In between I got an email from the ceo generically explaining the situation and thanking me for my patience. I’m really disappointed, I made this purchase to help ease lockdown and because of the advertised delivery time. It’s a lot of money. I’d have understood if I’d been warned they wouldn’t deliver on these times but I wasn’t. So the agreement wasn’t met, and the facility to track it left me totally in the dark about what was happening. 2) Less importantly, the box arrived damaged (photos if needed) and the product itself seems like a showroom model or second hand as it’s scuffed and worn and has aesthetic damage. I paid full price. 3) The assembly instructions I received were not really applicable to the model I have bought, and the options on the website were not much better. As I say, a great product, but given covid has been around for sometime now, I don’t think it’s right I accept the poor handling of my delivery, the info provided and the condition it arrived in. It’s a difficult time, but an email explaining or a line on the website at checkout explaining possible hold ups, takes no time at all and I’d have been understanding. Hopefully this is an uncommon experience brought about by the times.
